More thumbnails, we will try to have most design decisions agreed on, budget set.

Monday, September 9 5:30 pm Production Meeting
(picnic in quad). All design decisions agreed on, final renderings or model presented. Crew heads chosen

Monday September 9 7-10:30 pm Invited auditions
Dance auditions 7- 7:45 pm,
singing and acting 7:45-10:30 pm

Tuesday, September 10 7-10:30 pm Open auditions
Dance auditions 7- 7:45 pm,

Wednesday,Sept. 11 7pm-10 pm Call-Backs
Immediately following will be a meeting between director, choreographer, music director, tech director.

Thursday, Sept 12 noon Full Company List posted.

Thursday, Sept 12 7 pm First Company Meeting
Entire company meets. Director gives concept, designers show renderings, music director and choreographer talk about their interpretations, etc. Head shots and publicity photos taken. Afterward company divides into cast and crew. Cast reads through script

Dance rehearsals 7-10:15 (Tues & Thur 8-10:15)
